We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience at least 2 years as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, preferably in E-Commerce or related industries.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira/ G-suite, Confluence, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Possessing a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master, or other leading Agile certifications (or equivalent) is considered a plus.

What you will do

• Plan, advise, and implement Scrum in software projects.
• Ensure Scrum events are conducted positively, efficiently, within the designated Scrum timebox.
• Coordinate and organize tasks to ensure the Scrum framework operates correctly and effectively.
• Monitor and supervise the Scrum implementation process.
• Remove obstacles affecting the progress of the Scrum team.
• Assist the Scrum team in focusing on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Support the Product Owner in finding techniques to define product goals and manage the backlog effectively.
• Train and educate team members to understand the Scrum framework, principles, and implementation methods.
• Remove barriers between stakeholders and the Scrum team.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Salary and benefits:

• Starting salary: $1300+ (6-month routine of considering salary increment or promotion).
• Quarterly bonus based on project achievement (after probation).
• 13th-month bonus and legal insurance.
