We’re looking for someone with:
- Aspiration to build a world-class standard human resources team, explore human potential and create opportunities and motivation for each individual in the organization to fully develop their abilities.
- Desire to prove Vietnamese intellect and presence on a global scale, and contribute to products that deliver profound value and significant meaning, on par with those from the world's foremost nations.
- Bachelor or higher degree of Human Resources, Management, and other related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management, playing a role as a Human Resources Director, Head of Training and Development, or Head of Compensation and Policy.
- Experience working at technology companies with a scale of 200 people.
- Strong desire to learn, innovate, and achieve new goals and challenges.
What you will do:
The Human Resources Director at BraveBits has the mission to elevate the company's personnel to a world-class level through human resource management capabilities, motivating and developing human potential, specifically:
- Grasp the latest trends in the markets regarding recruitment, welfare policies, and corporate culture to ensure the company always align with global development
- Implement world’s cutting-edge practices in building teams, setting standards, and implementing the most improved and updated programs to bring the company further and prominently into the world.
- Responsible for devising an overall human resources plan/strategy for the business (both short-term and long-term), presenting the plan to the board of directors.
- Overseeing team operations, ensuring employee entitlements, and maintaining adequate staffing levels to ensure the smooth functioning of the entire system.
- Analyze and arrange specific data related to human resources, including measurements on KPIs, human resource capacity assessment, turnover rate, human resource recruitment, and targets in the business's human resources policy. that corresponds to the business plan of the enterprise.
- Identify loopholes in the company's human resources (such as lack of personnel, lack of ability, knowledge or working attitude of personnel) as well as handle issues regarding employee satisfaction. Take responsibility for solving these problems.
- Understand the business industry, make recruitment proposals, appoint new personnel/ departments in accordance with latest business trends, increasing the competitiveness of the business.

Salary and benefits:
- Starting salary: $1500+ (6-month routine of considering salary increment or promotion).
- Quarterly bonus based on project achievement (after probation).
- 13th-month bonus and legal insurance.
