We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager with:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
• Knowledge of KPI, Data, and Data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior and customer journeys.
• Expert knowledge of e-commerce and the latest market trends.
• Ability to manage strategy in a big picture and control budget of marketing activities
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with technology companies or SaaS, and experience working with clients in Europe and the United States is a plus.
• Integrity, diligence, a learning spirit, quick to grasp technology, not afraid of work, able to handle pressure well, and oriented towards common goals.
• Proficient in English.

• Lead and manage all marketing activities with a focus on growth.
• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention.
• Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Connect various departments within the company to ensure synchronization and effectiveness in marketing efforts.
• Develop and oversee the day-to-day implementation of a feasible marketing plan for the department.
• Build and manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
• Create and maintain a solid network of strategic partnerships to enhance growth opportunities.
• Control and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, particularly in e-commerce and SaaS.
• Utilize expert knowledge of customer behavior and journeys to inform marketing strategies.

Salary and benefits:

• Starting salary: 2000$, subjected to negotiation (6-month routine of considering salary increment or promotion).
• Quarterly bonus based on project achievement (after probation).
• 13th-month bonus and legal insurance.
