We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources; candidates with experience in IT companies with a scale of 100 - 200 people are preferred
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to implement long-term HR strategies and plans.
- Experience in handling internal issues reasonably, tactfully, and decisively.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of labor laws.
- Knowledge of human resource management and corporate governance.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Logical and systematic thinking with strong analytical skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Quick at capturing and synthesizing information accurately.
- Attention to detail and ensuring high-quality completion of tasks.
- Neutral in handling situations, balancing the interests of both the company and the employees.
- Ability to make decisions based on accurate data and multi-dimensional analysis.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with each stage of the company's growth.
- Develop and standardize legal documents such as Labor Regulations, Democratic Regulations, etc.
- Establish policies and regulations for employee benefits, such as salary regulations, travel expense policies, etc.
- Develop and standardize systems for performance evaluation, training, and employee development.
- Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Optimize and manage HR-related systems efficiently.
- Build and implement processes for employee performance and capability evaluations.
- Develop and foster corporate culture, enhancing employee engagement with the organization.

Salary and benefits:
- Starting salary: $1200+ (6-month routine of considering salary increment or promotion).
- Quarterly bonus based on project achievement (after probation).
- 13th-month bonus and legal insurance.
